Shipping policy

We offer two shipping options within New Zealand - standard shipping and rural shipping. Our standard shipping usually takes 2-4 business days for your order to be delivered. Delivery to rural addresses can take an additional 1-2 business days for delivery.

Once your order has been received, we aim to process it within 3 business days. Please note that orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification via email. This notification will include a tracking number, which you can use to track your order's delivery progress.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. MOA Kids Clothing is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies or customs.
